Non-destructive, properly

Most editors flatten your work the moment you tap done. SoEdit keeps the original image and an ordered list of the edits you made, so the rendered photo is never the source of truth. Change your mind about the third adjustment without losing the eight that came after it.

Open a photo, improve it globally, refine it exactly where it needs it, compare honestly, and export with confidence.

  • Edit by feel

    Swipe up or down to pick a parameter, left or right to adjust it. Values track your finger, so you can work by eye instead of hunting through menus.

  • Tone you can shape

    Exposure, contrast, saturation, highlights, shadows, warmth, and tint, with a live histogram. Auto enhance gives you a sensible starting point in one tap.

  • Curves, per channel

    Bend luminance or individual red, green, and blue channels on an interactive tone curve.

  • Local, not global

    Selective adjustments target one colour and brightness range, so a change lands on the sky and leaves skin alone. Brush exposure, saturation, or dodge and burn by hand.

  • Straight lines, honest crops

    Free or fixed aspect ratios, fine-grained straightening, and four-corner perspective correction for converging edges.

  • Looks and finishing

    A graded starting point with adjustable intensity, plus vignette, grain, and structure to taste.

  • See exactly what changed

    Hold to flash the original, or drag a before and after divider across the frame to compare precisely where it matters.

  • Reuse your best work

Every edit is computed on your device. There is no account to create, no subscription, no analytics, and no server that sees your library. SoEdit works exactly the same in airplane mode.
